McCoy Apartments LLC is a family-owned apartment management company in Moscow, Idaho. For over 30 years, we have provided clean, affordable apartment homes to students and families. Our commitment is to offer clean and quiet apartment living, timely service and maintenance, and friendly helpful management.
McCoy Apartments LLC operates on a three month lease, with a month-to-month option following. Tenants are only required to give a 30 day notice, so there is availability throughout the year as apartments vacate.
